Novels we will read this year:

This year our overall theme is Heros. We will be reading several classic stories about heroes and what they do. We will dig deep into people's motives and what makes one person stand apart from the general population. Choices and accountability are huge in our novels. I am excited to delve into these important topics as these kids get ready to move on up to junior high and high school. It is normal for kids this age to ask themselves who they are and who they want to be.

This story is about a boy that loses his memory and has to decide if he wants to be who he was or who he can be. It is an amazing story of self discovery and the ability to start over and be better.
